Refund/Cancellation

At Timekeepers, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided under any condition, including COD orders.

• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where:

• The product is defective or

• A wrong model has been delivered.

• In such cases, a valid unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Exchange Policy

• Only eligible for wrong or defective items.

• No exchange on discounted or clearance items.
